Health, Weight Loss, Energy... ADVOCARE

Here's my personal story:
I am an active mother of 3, coach, & photographer in my 30s. I put on extra weight after my 3rd child and especially after I had an ablasion. Lack of time for exercise & bad eating habits were contributors. I started running & eating only 1200 calories last Fall. After 2 months of this plan {and no Cokes}, I lost only 1.5 lbs! So discouraging. I slowly gained that weight plus over the next few months.
After seeing a picture of myself at my heaviest, I decided it was time to try something different. I lost 7 lbs on my own, but came to a total standstill. I needed a metabolism boost, a life changing something... I found ADVOCARE! Wow! After 3 months since starting my weight loss, I've lost 15 lbs. More importantly, I FEEL GREAT & energetic... it's like I've lost 15 years too!

KKDR Dance
We're working hard editing the KKDR Dance Revolution Pics we took this weekend. I think you are all going to ♥ your pics! It was our HOTTEST shoot ever...101 degrees! We've recooped from our mini heat strokes and we're trying to get those pictures out ASAP! Keep checking back on this post and I'll let you know when the pics have been mailed! We'll also post the pictures on this blog! Congratulations, moms, dancers, and Katy Kress on a GREAT recital!
